Our Robinson Full 2010 Year Warranty covers all Mechanical Components of the Engine - Transmission & Clutch, Both PARTS and LABOUR are Covered. Warranty can be 50/50 or 100% as Advertised.

Covers all mechanical aspects of the Engine for any Parts Breakage or Malfunction for the stated term as advertised or agreed upon at time of sale. All Engine Normal Wear and Tear Items also qualify on a pro-rated basis. By chance if any oil seepage occurs it is also covered at 50/50.

100% Coverage means that if in the chance there is a problem we would absorb 100% of the total bill - Parts and Labour. To keep in good standing for the 100% Coverage owner must bring the Harley to Robinsons every 4,000 kms for the regular services. Call us, Make an Appointment and Ride In - We will do all services while you wait at our low advertised prices.

50/50 Coverage means that if in the chance there is a problem we would absorb 50% of the total bill - parts and labour. You do not have us service your Harley to keep in good standing for the 50/50 coverage - so no matter where you live in Canada you still have the coverage, but the Harley must be brought to us.

All Warranty work must be done at Robinsons to qualify. It is your responsibilty to bring the bike to us. If you choose to take your bike to any other shop then you assume all costs and responsibilty.

The Robinson Lifetime Warranty / Service Program is as follows to the purchaser of the Harley from Robinsons.

100% PARTS & LABOUR COVERAGE if Robinsons do the Service and maintenance.(see details below)

50/50% PARTS & LABOUR COVERAGE if you do you own, or have anyone else do it for you.(see details below)

COVERAGE to all mechanical parts that malfunction and are causing or have caused the motorcycle to be dysfunctional ( ie, clutch plate breakage), or are unsafe (ie, wheel bearings) pertaining to all Mechanical failures of the complete Power Train - Engine, Transmission, Clutch, plus all Cables and Wheel Bearings.

Not included are normal wear and tear parts such as Tires and Brakes, Belt, Cam Chains & Tensioners, Oils, Filters, and Tune-up Items.

DETAILS OF 100% COVERAGE; the machine must be serviced and maintained at Robinsons at pre-determined service intervals. This allows for us do do the inspections, adjustments, fluid and filter changes, lubrications, tire and brake pad changes, etc, in order to best maintain the optimal operational aspects of the machine. The costs of such various services and maintenance aspects are the owners responsibility, at Robinsons advertised or quoted prices. It is the responsibility of the owner to bring the machine to Robinsons at their own cost for the services/ inspections, and/or, for any repair or warranty work. If the owner chooses to have any service or repair work done at another shop those costs are the complete responsibility of the owner.

DETAILS OF 50/50 COVERAGE; Owner May Do Own Service and Maintenance themselves, or at another shop, or even neglect to practice good maintenance. In all cases where Robinsons does not do the pre-determined regular services and maintenance, all the Above Coverages Are Still Valid and Robinsons will correct the problem, but the owner is responsible for 50% of the total work order cost. It is the responsibility of the owner to bring the machine to Robinsons at their own cost for the services/ inspections, and/or, for any repair or warranty work. If the owner chooses to have any service or repair work done at another shop, the owner assumes complete responsibility and any/all related costs.

ALL OIL LEAKS at 50/50 COVERAGE IF SERVICES ARE BENG DONE BY ROBINSONS; If any oil seepage or leaks arise over the lifetime of the machine, and the owner wishes to have it fixed, and provided Robinsons have been doing the pre-determined services and maintanences, Robinsons will correct the problem, with the owner being responsible for 50% of the total work order price.

ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC NOT COVERED; Due to many riders changing electrical Components, such Fuel-Injection modules and ignition units, starter motors, as well as adding lighting, and charging, maintaining, and jumping batteries; this program does not cover any electrical or computer based components. Riders should always use caution when jumping the battery or doing any electrical or computer based modifications. Electrical/electronic, Cruise Controls, Stereos/CB Radios, Computer, and any EFI based components cannot be adjusted or maintained and can just by chance fail at random, and as such we cannot maintain them against failure. Therefore the Lifetime Warranty /Service program does not cover any of these areas.

ABUSE; In cases of abuse or abnormal use in the opinion of Robinson, Robinsons may decline coverage at their sole discretion.

At any time and for any reasons Robinsons is no longer able to perform the maintenance services, decides to cancel the warranty/service program 100% OR 50/50 COVERAGE, or is no longer in business, the warranty / service program shall no longer be valid, and no future onus shall be held against Robinsons.
